That's the nice thing about the injectables - they wear off so patients do have the option of switching back. Too bad it doesn't work that easily when making the decision between saline and silicone for implants!

It looks like Dysport has extended its rebate plan once already due to overwhelming response. It will be interesting to see if they do it again. They certainly have nothing to lose since Dysport was only approved last year and Botox has such a lead in the market.
